HELP

Campaigns are won by neighbors helping neighbors. We need passionate Covina residents like you to knock on doors, make phone calls, and spread the word about our vision. Email me with the subject, “Volunteer” with your details.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Covina is my home, and serving this community has always been close to my heart. Growing up here taught me the value of involvement, leadership, and giving back, shaping a lifelong commitment to community service. Becoming a mother deepened that commitment even further. Each time I stepped forward to serve, it was inspired by my daughter and the future she and the children of Covina deserve. Watching her grow has strengthened my dedication to thoughtful leadership, advocacy, and building a community where families can thrive. I am running for Covina City Clerk because I believe local government should be transparent, welcoming, and accessible to every resident.

Over the years, I have had the honor of serving on the Parks and Recreation Commission, Library Board of Trustees, and Planning Commission. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of how our city operates and how collaboration, transparency, and accountability can create meaningful results.

Professionally, I work for a Southern California-based communications firm, leading public outreach programs for cities and public agencies. My work focuses on building trust, increasing community participation, and making government more accessible, inclusive, and responsive.

Beyond my professional and civic service, I serve on the executive board of the YWCA San Gabriel Valley, am a founding member of the Covina Valley Optimist Club, and am a proud mom who loves cheering on my daughter at soccer, volleyball, and basketball games.

It would be an honor to earn your trust and your vote. Thank you for being part of this journey. I look forward to listening, learning, and continuing to serve Covina together.

With gratitude,
Rosie Richardson
Candidate for Covina City Clerk
